GUM-PACK PRODUCTS
One of the major activities Eco-Action focuses on is school recycling. This activity has inspired me to create an extraordinary product that has attracted and sparked the interests and attention from almost the entire school, particularly the art and geography departments, and as well as other people outside of school. My new products, including large handbags, purses and wallets, are all hand-made from the recycled outer covers of gum packs. These products are not only physically appealing and one of its kind, they are created from recycled materials. During the school's annual Arts Show and Jazz Caf¨¦, my gum-pack bags were sold out and orders were placed. It was certainly successful and it has also encouraged more recycling and reusing. The products are shown below:
